Acceptable Use Policy
We believe in working collaboratively to create great things. In order to keep Teech a collaborative space in which all of our users can thrive, we’ve developed this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which applies to all of your use of or interactions with our Site, Services, or other users. When evaluating whether content or conduct violates this AUP, we consider the impact that such content or conduct has on our platform and on other users, and we encourage you to do the same. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines restrictions on the content you can upload, create, and how you use Teech’s services and products. By using Teech, you agree to abide by this policy. Users are solely responsible for all content they create, upload, or share using our services, including any content generated with the assistance of Teech’s AI tools. While Teech’s AI tools are designed to help users create and enhance content, users must review and ensure all AI-generated content complies with this Acceptable Use Policy before publishing or sharing it. Users are ultimately accountable for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content they produce, even if Teech’s AI tools were involved in its creation or modification. Teech! Limited reserves the right to determine whether content violates this policy at its sole discretion. This policy may be updated from time to time. Certain content may receive additional scrutiny at our discretion, particularly in areas where there is a higher risk of abuse.
Our Ethical AI Principles
Be Respectful in All Interactions Please be civil, respectful, and considerate to others in all your interactions. No Hate Speech Teech does not tolerate content or conduct that attacks or disparages an individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or any similar characteristic, whether legally protected or not. No Harassment and Bullying Abusive or unwanted harassing or bullying behavior directed toward individuals is not allowed. Repeated or persistent contact may constitute harassment. Content must not advocate violence, including self-harm, or make threats against any individual. Be Honest About Identity and Activity You may not use Teech to impersonate another person or act on behalf of another individual or entity without proper authorization. Respect Intellectual Property and Personal Rights You may not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights or personal rights, including rights of publicity. You should not upload or use any content unless you have the right to use it in the way you intend. Attribution Policy If you use any of Teech’s features that leverage artificial intelligence to generate or assist in creating content, you may not represent that content as entirely created by you or entirely created by AI. You must take full responsibility for the content you publish. Where appropriate, the role of AI in generating or assisting with content should be disclosed clearly so that it is understandable to others.
Prohibited Uses of Teech
The following activities are prohibited when using Teech’s services: 1. Illegal activities. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, or promoting or facilitating such activity. You must comply with all applicable laws. 2. Graphic, harmful, and explicit content. Uploading or creating content that is graphically violent, obscene, sexually explicit, promotes self-harm or suicide, supports terrorist activity, or poses a threat to public safety. This includes depictions of extreme violence, brutality, or excessive gore. 3. Child exploitation. Any content that exploits or sexualizes minors, promotes abuse of minors, or could be interpreted as grooming behavior. 4. Harassment, bullying, defamation, and threats. Engaging in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, or harm others. 5. Hateful conduct and discrimination. Uploading or creating content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on protected or sensitive characteristics. 6. Infringement of intellectual property rights. Misappropriating or infringing on the intellectual property of others, including copying or distributing content without permission. 7. Malicious practices. Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code, or engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices. 8. Violating privacy. Sharing or attempting to share personal or sensitive information about others without their consent. 9. Interfering with services. Using Teech in a way that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts the platform or connected services. 10. Unauthorized access or hacking. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or networks. 11.Spamming and unwanted contact. Sending unsolicited or bulk communications, including spam, phishing, or repeated promotional messages. 12. Impersonation and misinformation. Impersonating any person or entity, or spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information. 13. Promoting violent or extremist entities. Supporting or promoting violent extremist organizations or individuals engaged in illegal or harmful activities. Teech! Limited reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the services without prior notice. If you believe a violation has occurred, you may report it to us.
