Be Respectful in All Interactions<\/b><\/br>\n\nPlease be civil, respectful, and considerate to others in all your interactions.<\/br><\/br>\n\nNo Hate Speech<\/b><\/br>\n\nTeech does not tolerate content or conduct that attacks or disparages an individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or any similar characteristic, whether legally protected or not.<\/br><\/br>\n\nNo Harassment and Bullying<\/b><\/br>\n\nAbusive or unwanted harassing or bullying behavior directed toward individuals is not allowed. Repeated or persistent contact may constitute harassment. Content must not advocate violence, including self-harm, or make threats against any individual.<\/br><\/br>\n\nBe Honest About Identity and Activity<\/b><\/br>\n\nYou may not use Teech to impersonate another person or act on behalf of another individual or entity without proper authorization.<\/br><\/br>\n\nRespect Intellectual Property and Personal Rights<\/b><\/br>\n\nYou may not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights or personal rights, including rights of publicity. You should not upload or use any content unless you have the right to use it in the way you intend.<\/br><\/br>\n\nAttribution Policy<\/b><\/br>\n\nIf you use any of Teech\u2019s features that leverage artificial intelligence to generate or assist in creating content, you may not represent that content as entirely created by you or entirely created by AI. You must take full responsibility for the content you publish. Prohibited Uses of Teech<\/h2>\n\t \n\t \n\t \t
The following activities are prohibited when using Teech\u2019s services:<\/br><\/br>\n\n1. Illegal activities.<\/b> Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, or promoting or facilitating such activity. You must comply with all applicable laws.<\/br><\/br>\n\n2. Graphic, harmful, and explicit content.<\/b> Uploading or creating content that is graphically violent, obscene, sexually explicit, promotes self-harm or suicide, supports terrorist activity, or poses a threat to public safety. This includes depictions of extreme violence, brutality, or excessive gore.<\/br><\/br>\n\n3. Child exploitation.<\/b> Any content that exploits or sexualizes minors, promotes abuse of minors, or could be interpreted as grooming behavior.<\/br><\/br>\n\n4. Harassment, bullying, defamation, and threats.<\/b> Engaging in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, or harm others.<\/br><\/br>\n\n5. Hateful conduct and discrimination.<\/b> Uploading or creating content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on protected or sensitive characteristics.<\/br><\/br>\n\n6. Infringement of intellectual property rights.<\/b> Misappropriating or infringing on the intellectual property of others, including copying or distributing content without permission.<\/br><\/br>\n\n7. Malicious practices.<\/b> Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code, or engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.<\/br><\/br>\n\n\n8. Violating privacy.<\/b> Sharing or attempting to share personal or sensitive information about others without their consent.<\/br><\/br>\n\n9. Interfering with services.<\/b> Using Teech in a way that disrupts, damages, or negatively impacts the platform or connected services.<\/br><\/br>\n\n10. Unauthorized access or hacking.<\/b> Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or networks.<\/br><\/br>\n\n11.Spamming and unwanted contact.<\/b> Sending unsolicited or bulk communications, including spam, phishing, or repeated promotional messages.<\/br><\/br>\n\n12. Impersonation and misinformation.<\/b> Impersonating any person or entity, or spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information.<\/br><\/br>\n\n13. Promoting violent or extremist entities.<\/b> Supporting or promoting violent extremist organizations or individuals engaged in illegal or harmful activities.<\/br><\/br>\n\nTeech! Limited reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the services without prior notice.
