Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teech! Limited website, platform, applications, APIs and other services (collectively, the “Service”), whether as a free user, trial user, subscriber, or as a user provisioned by an organization. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents expressly incorporated herein (including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
Definitions
For clarity:
- “User Content”means any content you or your users submit through the Service (including text, prompts, files, images, audio, video, code and AI model inputs and outputs).
- “Personal Data” has the meaning set out in our Privacy Policy.
- “Confidential Information” means non-public information marked as confidential or which by its nature should be treated as confidential.
- “Teech! Limited” or “Teech!” (and “we/us/our”) means Teech! Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.
Licence to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Teech! Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Teech! Limited or its licensors. No transfer of ownership in Teech! Limited’s intellectual property is made under these Terms.
Unless expressly permitted by Teech! in writing, you must not:
- copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise exploit the Service or Site content;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code or underlying algorithms of any software provided as part of the Service;
- remove, alter or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Service; or
- transfer your account, licence or rights to any third party.
Accounts, Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service you must register for an account. Where you register, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current and complete information;
- maintain and promptly update your account information; and
- keep your account credentials confidential and secure.

Subscriptions, Fees & Payment
Subscription terms, fees, billing cycles and renewal procedures are set out on our pricing page or in an order/quote. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Teech! Limited’s discretion.
You authorize Teech! Limited and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for amounts due. If a payment fails, Teech! Limited may suspend access to paid features until payment is received.
Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
User Content & Data Use
Your ownership. You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to the Service.
Service licence. You grant Teech! Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use and display User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and to perform Teech! Limited’s obligations under these Terms (including delivering content to invited workspace users).
Aggregated & anonymised data. Teech! Limited may analyze, aggregate and de-identify User Content and usage data to create anonymised, aggregated datasets and metrics (“Aggregated Data”) and may use Aggregated Data for product improvement, research, analytics and internal business purposes. Aggregated Data will not identify you or your users.
Model training and machine learning use. Unless you give Teech! Limited explicit prior written consent (or unless otherwise set out in a separate agreement), Teech! Limited will not use your confidential or identified User Content to train machine learning models or to create models or datasets that are subsequently provided to or used by other customers. Teech! Limited may use anonymised and aggregated data for model evaluation and tuning provided it cannot reasonably be re-identified.
Customer responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses and consents required to provide the User Content and to grant the licences above, including rights for any personal data contained in User Content. You must not submit Personal Data or other information for which you do not have appropriate rights or lawful basis for processing.
Privacy Policy; Third-party Integrations
Teech! Limited’s Privacy Policy at https://goteech.io/privacy-policy/ governs Teech! Limited’s collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data in connection with the Service.
If you choose to enable or use any third-party integration, connector, plug-in, or external service (each, an “Integration”), then the privacy policy and terms of that third party govern that third party’s processing of Personal Data that the third party processes in connection with the Integration. Your enabling of an Integration constitutes your acceptance of that third party’s privacy policy solely with respect to the third party’s processing. Teech! Limited is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third parties.
Where Teech! Limited engages a third party to process Personal Data on Teech! Limited’s behalf, Teech! Limited will use commercially reasonable contractual safeguards and remain responsible for selection and supervision of such processors as required by applicable law. If you do not want a third party to process Personal Data, do not enable the Integration and contact info@goteech.io
for assistance.
AI Outputs; No Professional Advice
The Service may generate outputs using third-party AI or machine-learning models or algorithms. AI outputs are algorithmic in nature and may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Teech! Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or suitability of AI-generated content.
You must validate AI outputs prior to relying on them for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other professional decisions. Teech! Limited is not providing professional advice and disclaims any such implied relationship.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe third-party rights, or facilitate unlawful activity;
- upload or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, or other unlawful conduct;
- attempt to probe, scan, breach or circumvent security or authentication measures; or
- use automated means to scrape, copy or reproduce the Service beyond reasonable API usage limits or without Teech! Limited’s authorization.
Confidentiality; Security & Data Processing
Confidentiality. Each party will protect the other’s Confidential Information with the same standard of care it uses to protect its own Confidential Information (but no less than reasonable care). Confidential Information will not be disclosed except as required by law or with the disclosing party’s prior written consent.
Security. Teech! Limited maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data it processes. These safeguards may include access controls, logging, encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular security reviews. Detailed security practices and certifications may be provided upon request under a confidentiality agreement.
Data Processing & DPA. Where Teech! Limited processes Personal Data on your behalf, Teech! Limited acts as a processor and will process such Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable or upon request, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Customers may request a DPA by contacting info@goteech.io
Data retention & deletion. Teech! Limited retains User Content only as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination you may request export of your User Content; after any applicable export period, Teech! Limited may delete or irreversibly de-identify remaining copies in accordance with its retention schedule.
Intellectual Property
Teech! Limited and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Service, software, models, documentation and related intellectual property. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence expressly set out in these Terms.
You retain ownership of your User Content subject to the licence granted to Teech! Limited in Section 6. Feedback you provide to Teech! Limited may be used by Teech! Limited without restriction and you hereby grant Teech! Limited a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such feedback.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party services. Those links and integrations are provided for convenience only. Use of any third-party service is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy. Teech! Limited is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Teech! Limited may notify you in the product UI before enabling certain Integrations and will request consent where required by law.
Warranties; Disclaimer
Limited warranty. To the extent required by applicable law, Teech! Limited warrants that the Service will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
Disclaimer. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teech! Limited disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Cap on liability. Except for liability arising from willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law (including liabilities for death or personal injury caused by negligence), Teech! Limited’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Teech! Limited in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The foregoing cap does not apply to liability for (i) infringement indemnities, (ii) breaches of confidentiality, or (iii) liabilities arising from Teech! Limited’s failure to comply with applicable data protection laws. In no event will Teech! Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business or data.
No consequential damages. In no event shall Teech! Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The above limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Teech! Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your negligence or willful misconduct; or (c) User Content you submit that infringes or violates a third party’s rights or applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship for material breach if the other party fails to cure the breach within 30 days of written notice, or immediately if the breach is incapable of cure.
Teech! Limited may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected abuse, fraud or to comply with law. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Governing Law) will survive.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
Changes to Terms
Teech! Limited may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, Teech! Limited will provide notice by posting an updated version to the Site and, where reasonably possible, via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teech! Limited relating to the subject matter and supersede prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Teech! Limited’s prior written consent. Teech! Limited may assign its rights without your consent in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or corporate reorganization.
